I just watched it. There was not one word about Harper. He did point out that Poilievre who 100% puts the blame on Trudeau for the housing bubble was the minister in charge of housing and while there opted to sell off tons of public land (to developers who went for maximum profits building zero affordable homes) and with that massively accelerated the housing crisis and what was not said doubled the price of housing not once as he pointed his crooked finger at Trudeau for but in fact twice! Crying because the truth is coming out are you?
That fact is that when PP was housing minister, fewer home were built than at any time before or since. Google it.
