I am Vicente Belen III from the Philippines, I have nothing to offer but to surrender back my life to Jesus as my Lord and Savior.. I turned away from Jesus and since then, division in our family started, my children had begun hating each other, living in one house but there's no harmony.. There's no closeness, but bitterness.. no love for each other and they lost their self confidence.. My eldest daughter elizabeth is now a psychotic and taking antipsychotic medicine, my eldest son, daniel is experiencing depression and becoming paranoid, lorliveth had lost her confidence and interest to find for a better...I had been seeing these things happeining for years, but I ignored all these things..

For me personally, it’s not about the lack of understanding, it’s about trying to maintain composure. The thing is, Someone prayed in tongues over me once and I cried. I think it might be worse if I do it myself. But anyway, I appreciate this lesson.

In Acts 2, "tongues" means "languages". When the "gift of languages" was "given", people from neighboring regions could hear "the wonderful works of God" in their own native language. For those who supposedly "speak in languages" today, what is the name of the language, and from what region do they "hail" from?

This man loves calling everyone his “spiritual sons” or “daughters”.
Matthew 23:9 says:
“And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.”
The terms spiritual fathers and spiritual sons are grounded in scripture. Paul referred to both Timothy and Titus as his "spiritual" sons (2 Tomothy 1:2, Titus 1:4). Paul also spoke in the spiritual sense of having fathers in the faith (1 Corinthians 4:15, Philippians 2:19-22).
Binod Gurung Paul was an actual apostle, Guillermo is not.

GOD gave this good gift on the day of Pentecost, HE gave it for a good purpose-to expand the gospel. It demonstrated HIS power to restore what was confused at Babel
and foreshadow the final restoration of all things. HOWEVER ~
If one is "claiming" to speak in tongues, there is a specific protocol in which we are to follow.
*If any of this criteria cannot be met -- Then this "tongues Speaking"
is 'gibberish'. It is NOT for anyone's Edification.
26How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.

Apostle, I speak in Tongues but feel it's not genuine as it doesn't sound like others and also I can only speak for a minute or two. Please pray for me as I suffer with severe back pains and leg pain. Have arthritis, nerve pain and had a spine opp in 2020

Tongues in Greek means glōssa and actual language. If you read acts 2 they spoke in actual languages! It’s not the gibberish we hear today.
