Sad to see the place has gone through so much lack of care. Actually our Australian Govt should’ve stepped in and took it over and preserved it many years ago . It is great to see though that those people stepped in and lovingly restored the surrounding grounds . Does anyone know if the Heritage listing that was applied for was approved? The Skippy show was such an Aussie icon in our lives .. not sure when it started but I think it was about 68’ when I was 8 . It was a wonderful show and very much part of our childhood. I remember they brought out Skippy Tupperware plastic dinner plates . They were wonderful 😉
