He had to had been at downtown on a roof. The border is a small distance on foot. The target was probably at a club nearest to the check-in that night.

4:26 The thing that's really scary about The Punisher in this scene is that the concrete he's hitting looks like about 4 to 6 inches thick and he's doing that much damage to to it with single swings. Insane strength.

I've been a fan of The Punisher since I was a kid. When I first saw Shane being played by Jon Bernthal, I was definitely hooked up on Shane and then I realized that Jon Benthal was and still is my favorite actor. So boy, when I found out Bernthal was playing the role of Frankie Castle, The Punisher? Best feeling ever.

I love how Frank Castle in that scene where he kills the Gnucchi, (I think that how it’s spelled) he’s kind of the Predator, no one sees him, and he kills everyone without breaking a single sweat
I just imagine Frank with the Predator gear, his armor, weapons, ship, everything. CRIME WOULD NOT EXIST ANYMORE
Predator is a 20th Century Studios product. Disney now owns 20th Century. Punisher is a Marvel Product. Marvel is also owned by Disney. It would be awesome to See a Punisher/Predator line of comics/TV series/movie where Frank somehow takes out a Yautja and claims his armor and weapons and begins taking out his enemies until more Yautja come to hunt him. They eventually see how good Frank is at what they do and accept Frank as one of them and they all begin hunting across the galaxy together.
What I love about the Punisher-series is that they do not hold back and show the brutality of the Punisher. You could almost feel the bones crack when he welding the sledge-hammer. The guy who was shoot in the car, that he was able to walk after several blow is just a miracle. Great reactions!
Marvel's Punisher - Episode 1: *ANTI-BULLYING*
Anti peer pressure but yeah
One thing this show did very well was cover the fact that, when something horrible happens, and you get trapped in a PTSD loop, that "something" doesn't just happen once. It happens a thousand times, and it happens in varied ways. Sometimes it changes to include new people you've met. It happens when you're awake, and it happens when you're asleep most of all, and for a lot of people it never goes away.

I love Frank Castle. He reminds me of Denzel Washington in Man on Fire: “Creasy’s Art is death. He’s about to paint his masterpiece.”
That movie is so underrated. Great film.
My all time favorite line threw out this episode is “Im gonna find a home for this” ahhh.

1st time I watched The Punisher, I had to turn it off because I had a full PTSD meltdown! Seriously! But I came back prepared & got through it. I just relate to the sadness & disparity of loosing everything due to the fucked up things done & experienced as a soldier in war. Of course its a comic but the feelings ate spot on.

Rekindling my love of Punisher by rewatching it with y'all because your channel has been my absolute favorite reaction channel.
When Frank rescues Dan, at the end of the rope he finds the bag with the money and the message "leave the town" Frank has his problems unsolved but still has time to help... "in Punisher We Trust" :D
I had to watch this again. Sooo good. My other reactor subs were already familiar with Frank Castle from Daredevil, if not the comics. It was fun watching you go into it not knowing what to expect. Glad you are enjoying it as much as I did.

I didn't catch it until I watched it a 2nd time, but the money bag that anchored the rope Donnie climbed up, Frank left a message on that bag..
It said, "Leave Town"

you are going to love this show...there are definitely some slow moments, but there are GREAT action scenes for sure and he definitely lives up to the punisher and there are fun funny scenes too :) new sub!!!!

I feel like this show is like the exact photo-negative of Breaking Bad. Like all the elements are the same, just backwards.
Great reaction, to gain a bit of context on Frank's backstory, Daredevil Season 2, Episodes 1-4, and 9 are a must, but 6-8 and10-12 help fill in some of the smaller holes should you have the time and interest. Cheers!
Thanks Austin!!! Yeah, we read about his appearances in Daredevil in a pretty detailed article. Think we have a decent idea of what's going on but will check it out if we have time to go back and watch.
Awesome, essentially he kills lots of people in brutally creative ways and you get to learn a bit about him and his family that "The Punisher" kinda expects you to know. Will definitely check out the rest of your reactions to it though, great start!

If you like this show, I would highly recommend checking out the show, Banshee. It is brutal and Anthony Starr absolutely crushes it.
I love the Punisher because he's not always spouting that holier than thou BS about not killing people. It's way more realistic than most of the other super heroes. In real life if people try to kill you, you kill them. It's simple. It might not be easy, but it is simple. 😊😁😊😁

The one good thing about Shane getting killed off of The Walking Dead was that it led to Jon Bernthal becoming The Punisher
Remember, not even Ghostrider's Penance Stare works on Frank Castle, because the Punisher has never stained his soul with the blood of the innocent, and he has zero remorse for anyone he's killed because he knows they all deserved it. It's an interesting dichotomy, he probably has one of the largest Marvel kill counts, along with the highest morality.
It's why Peacemaker is a funny subversion, the idea of we're going to ensure peace, even if it means we have to kill EVERYONE so there's no one left alive and thus peace, lol.
I love it that the Punisher actually kills people. I get really tired of sanctimonious super heroes who refuse to kill people who clearly deserve to die.

we didn't watch it but we read about it so we know what happens but I'm sure it doesn't have the same effect as watching. - Steven
