Hands down this is my favorite vintage Star Wars collection setup and if I were to copy this would be the one!! Amazing collection my friend and may the force be with you! 🤓
Wow. Size and rarity of the collection aside, what a clean design, and display. I only have a 1-2 figures on rotation on display in my office, but it's always fun to check out the creativity, and passion of SW collectors.
Nobody has commented on the work YOU actually did that reflects the true love you have for your collection- the carpentry work you did. Beautiful work and it is really what showcases the toys beautifully.
John at afg put me on to your collection congratulations and as a fellow collector who’s been collection since 1978 yes 1978 your collection is something we all inspired to have
As a star wars collector for over 30 years, I am blown away by Jeffs collection, really passionate about it and the collection is stunning great work mate
I’m just so overwhelmed for what you have to have the condition and appreciation of the figures and have them graded such a beautiful may the force be with you man would love to visit someday to see it
Jaw dropping collection!!! Speechless after seeing that. Man I hope you got insurance and your house is in a bomb shelter cause that place should be preserved for everyone to see and enjoy for years to come. Absolutely love it!!!! 🥰
Thanks Jeff and your wife for an awesome tour of your Star Wars room . I always take time to try and focus on your loose figures varients collection, which I wish you could have spent more time on , but still appreciate it . Something you might fancy doing when you have time since it is your second favourite case . This only gives me inspiration for collecting loose variations witch I absolutely love doing , Not got as many as you but getting there , no rush . Think I’m up to the 300 Mark so still a few to get . All the best
I bow my head.... I have around 6 thousand pieces. I had my own great room like this, where I had it all on display, but, after a nasty divorce, All of my stuff has been in boxes, in storage, for 8 years. Looking forward to setting it all up again one day...
Jeff, that is the dog's nuts of a collection! I admire your priorities. And Jeff's wife, you are a legend, what a woman! Get your cash out of shares and spend it on Star Wars figures! Deadset legend! Really enjoyed seeing all the awesome stuff I would give up my left ball for! Nice one man
javiercetina I have to say, I find your comment interesting. You State this collection puts Sansweet's to shame. The judging of the two collections is like comparing apples to oranges. Stephen Sansweet's collection has a mass variety of anything and everything Star Wars from store bought merchandise, art, fan made pieces, actual props and the list goes on. Jeff collection is more selective and focusing on the 3 3/4 inch figures as well as the vehicles and 12 inch figures as you can see in the first segment of his videos. Now where Jeff has the upper hand is the ability to fully display his collection in its absolute beauty. After all, the guy is a professional carpenter and it shows in his work. Also it seems like Jeff and his wife are very good at handling money which helped him make displaying his collection a possibility and to build/purchase a home in which to display everything. Unfortunately a lot of people don't have that ability. Stephen Sansweet converted an old chicken coop/building into his museum and most likely due to money was not able to do what Jeff has done or maybe he didn't want to do it that way. Either way, saying Jeff's collection puts Stephen's to shame just doesn't make sense; they are two very different and unique collections. Anyway, have a great day.
Omgoodness! Remarkable... just absolutely remarkable! You are a blessed man indeed! I actually did have a lot of carded figures on top of triples or more of loose, weapons many variants trilogy cards that were in great shape until I discovered that they were all missing one dreadful day... It was back in 89... of course when i went to the police they were like, "seriously?" Sad day... I recently gathered up a bunch of the miscellaneous debris that I did still have and brought it to a new local toy guy... Dude friggin' stole on me like the Pawn Stars! Lots of GiJoe' s carded and loose a bunch of vehicles opened but boxed, WWF wrestlers, the big ones! a carded ROTJ Darth Vader, Wicket, Power of the Force Like in Battle poncho, bagged Bobba Fett and an Imperial Guard. Lots more. Guy said he'd be lucky to get 1800 out of the stuff... I said lucky? You should be able to get 3 times that much! Anyhow... sucks when times are rough. Needed the funds and the space. Still have a lot of Transformers although all my combiners, carded minibots/cassets and a couple other rarities mysteriously walked away out of a locked shed perhaps 10 years ago I would guess. I always thought that all the collecting I did would pay off in the long run. I was certain that I would at least be able to start a shop or put a down payment on house or who knows? I was saving the stuff for the future and now that it's here, my nest egg scrambled... I'm pretty much s.o.l. I actually feel a little better telling my story... The thing that always bugged me was that I never ever had a clue who thieved all that stuff... it was quite a cache altogether.
Which vintage star wars toy do you have the best memory of? Mine is Luke in stormtrooper disguise. When they came out with Lando and Leia with removable helmets, I thought it was the coolest thing. When I sent away for my mail away Emperor, I included a letter with my idea for Luke and Han in stormtrooper disguise. A couple of months later, my dad took me to Toys R Us and I was extremely over joyed to see Luke hanging on the front of the peg. First time I felt like one of my ideas became a reality (eventhough, in retrospect, Kenner already made him). On a disappointing note, I never did get the Emperor. One day, I'll get them both.
I would love to walk around this for hours and just take it all in, the video I'm sure does not do your collection justice. Would gladly pay $50 admission just to see it all :)
Jeff, at first I was like here we go , another I have the best collection guy . I could not be more wrong ! not only is your collection A++ , but the way you have it displayed is 110% AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!! I just wanted to say that . On the other hand you do seem to be missing some rather large items ! Where are the arcade and pinball machines ? I hope I don't send you off on a new quest , but the arcade cockpit at the very least is a must have for that AWESOME basement of yours .
You are my Hero,Can I die in your room, cause this is heaven on Earth.Your collection is making my head numb,it's so beautiful,I just wanna cry.You have my childhood in your room,I wish I could have a collection like yours,What is. Your EBay name,I could not find you. And Don't ask how many times I have seen this Video,It just puts a smile on my face. Great Work,Great Work,KUDOS TO YOU..
My name is also Jeff. Oh the stuff I spin welded and drug behind my bike. Now gone as is my childhood. Amazing collection. Amazing house! What do all of these people do for a living? Where did I go wrong? Seriously, though. Awesome collection. I wonder if you have a nice large Death Star 2 or Executor super star destroyer. My favorites. Best wishes, Jeff
I bet you haven't got an original 77 lightsaber. They were basically a torch with a long plastic tube attached. I've never seen one since. I trashed mine when I had duels with the kid next door.
The greatest collection ever seen. I really should have been a carpenter!
Hands down this is my favorite vintage Star Wars collection setup and if I were to copy this would be the one!! Amazing collection my friend and may the force be with you! 🤓
