someone asks how old is rocket. right, here are my thoughts as to why the artificial implants fused into rocket, and didn't in Lylla. rocket was captured as a very young raccoon, his growing had not been completed, so his cells were still able to accept the implants. Lylla though, as she's older, as hinted at in the dream about the river, the artificial implants could not take hold in her body, so she was deemed to have failed. though, another question. apparently Lylla has a scar on her head, i read that on another blog, as i can't see the vids, as i'm blind, so use screenreader to read text. if Lylla has a scar on her head, that might have been from an implant to measure empathy, now, a creature who hates what is done to her and her friend can never feel empathy towards those who seek to test her, so even though the implant may have improved her empathic skills, this would not have been able to be measured, so she would have faled the test.

find the rocket mauning lyla scene later on, that has some intresting dialogue if you choose the right things to say to rocket as Peter q. how the voice actors, Nolan North and Fryda Wolff
played rocket and lylla in the lab scene is just amazing. i can't see the vid, as i'm blind, but the voices give a real idea of emotional state of character. As i said, i can't see the vid, nor play the game, as i'm blind, and the game isn't accessible as far as i know, but in the playthroughs i've listened to, i really side with Lylla. Fryda Wolff
's portrayl of lylla via voice acting conveys a lot about Lylla in a very short time to the point i felt i knew lylla, and could empathise with her situation. same with Rocket during the conversation with Lylla in the lab while the injection is taking affect on Lylla, very emotional. i never thought i'd be moved to tears by two fictional characters in a computer game, but,,,,

I wish that I have the opportunity to have a strong relationship with a Lady, like Rocket has with Laila ! I'd like to have the knowledge of their advanced technology. Maybe I'd be able to make a hybrid girlfriend & We can exist in the same reality ! But, It's just the fantasy of a lonely Man !

can anyone tell me what happens if you drop the power source as Rocket? i've heard that in some dialogue snippits, but noone seems to play that choice. nor do they disappoint Lyla when she asks you to join her in going to the river. what happens there if you tell her you want to go it alone? i heard her get very down, but noone seems to play rocket as totally harsh. i'm blind, so can't play the game myself, as it's not accessible.
