Fricking idiot, had the fish in the net then because it was too heavy to scoop tried to use the side of the boat to pry, of course the handle bent, net back in the water. Fish says good bye, barely spoken to the guy since. This was at Hakia Pass

Don't scoop! Get the fish in the net, then pull.
We have heard of many friendships lost due to poor netting. Sorry for your luck, but it is still a great fishing story! ;)

BULL SHIT PASS....great place to fish. there are a few nice places to fish in that area.
