可能因為你借來的車是美利达的瑞克多(reacto) 型號,是個空力車(aero bike) ,所以位置比較趴導致腰酸,加上爬坡就更是如此。這種車如果帶到30kph以上就很省力, 但多數人無法駕馭。腳沒力也可能因為軀幹 比較趴,導致寬關節沒有活動空間。所以小建議,普通消費者買耐力車(endurance bike) 會比較好。
但說真的,騎完就是勇者!尤其是騎這種車忍痛騎完,真的不簡單喔。如果有個適合的車,會不會就把大集團拋下啊?厲害厲害!

在新加坡多参与车队。学习如何踩踏top and cadence 的使用。还有怎么跟车后面使用top达到速度提升和心率适应。第一次的话真的不行。不行就要停。需要时间适应和训练。爬上也需要使用和训练。什么时候用top 或 cadence.时间久了。就算业余也知道如何跟车队。跟完路程应该都没问题。

Awesome ride clocked! and you've very good team mates around you, which is the biggest support one can get for long distance like these. Maybe might wanna consider using water bladder system if you can't reach for your bottle during your rides. Stay hydrated! Sun is the real killer! Anyway awesome effort, keep on uploading! :D

I just did the Penang RI on 03/10 and a small section from Butterworth to Simpang Ampat. The heat is intense. Good job nini.
空力车和其他车都基本一样。现在车型都全能车。几何都一样。除非是endurance 车。不然其实后期学会我说的就是适应腹肌来控制你手臂扶着手巴的压力了。减低手酸颈酸的问题和适应。就是核心肌群强了。知道如何使用腹肌力量维持控制身体的平衡来骑行。你就会骑到很帅哦。慢慢来。很好的开始。希望我的分享你能找到适合的车队来带领与教导你。然后就是你日常骑行找到我说的技术感觉。就会舒服很多。这些你都感受到了。会使用了。最后才是大家说的看心率和瓦数的训练。

如果之前没什么参加过百公里以上的骑行,突然跑去参加千里骑行……真的很容易被拉爆……妮妮应该多来马来西亚参与百里左右的骑行,多参与几次有经验了就可以挑战千里了。

110km is not hard if the speed is 25km to 30kmhr. But you have to tell yourself you did it! When you kick off the 2nd day, you will feel much better than the first. If you are slower, it’s ok, you are tired because you pushed too hard. Pace yourself and not pace with the rest.
I only joined the first day. Because I didn't train for such long distance. 😁 100km my best can go. 🤣

If your back is always painful .. then there might be something wrong with your bike settings. I suggest you to go for a proper bike fit IF you wanna keep cycling as a long term hobby. 🙂
