🆘 Why are the liberal woke women on the View so ignorant? Under Joe Biden’s total incompetence the US State of the Union is a total disaster and in decline. Inflation is sky high, grocery prices are up 30 to 40% since he took office. Gas prices have remained high, energy prices to heat homes has gone up 40 to 50%. Interest rates have doubled. US crime is out of control, such as shoplifting, car jacking and robberies. Biden and democrats policies let millions of illegals flow in the country and the drugs that are flowing in are killing hundreds of Americans, and this all happened on his watch so he owns it, no matter how he tries to lie his way out of it. Also US taxpayers are $funding$ an endless war in Ukraine. Remember when Biden took office the democrats controlled all three house his first 2-years; and he did nothing to fix these immigration issues, except make them worse. Biden will be a one term president just like Jimmy Carter. I rate lying Joe Biden as the worst president of my 78 years on the planet and the biggest excuse maker for all his blunders. Also I bet Biden‘s White House handlers will not let senile Biden debate President Trump in 2024. Yes Sara!! Wouldn’t it be nice if some of the View panelists and producers realized that having a view also entails listening to a view so you can learn and grow/evolve and have deeper better discussions. Let those who have knowledge and experience speak. There is a young Grandma on the internet who states that she loved and loves her spouse of many years but that she was never in love with him. The Grandpa also speaks out about his feelings about their marriage. I believe that you can love someone without being in love with them. In a long relationship, I believe that it is more important to love someone rather than be in love with them. Love means that you care about the other person's well being even though they may not have the same feelings for you. This is a good question for a divorced couple who will often say " I love them" but I am no longer "in love with them". There is a difference between "love" and being "in love".

When I was with my husband at first I had butterflies but not as intensely as Ive had with others. Then I realized with my exes I missed them a lot and things went wrong and I really wanted them more. My husband has never made me feel like I didnt have enough of him - and thats a good thing.

In the four years we were together he might have told me a handful of times but he loved me. But maybe it was just a couple times that he said it to my face. I still don’t know if he was really in love with me. I think he wanted to be.
Some people are lucky and they are both in love and love their spouse or partner. Being in love is not the same as butterflies

Love isnt just that feeling. That feeling goes away after a while and that normal. I compare it to a kid getting a new toy. Its a thrill in the beginning and then it passes. Doesn't mean they despise the toy now, that thrill of momentum is temporary for everything in life. If you really love someone, you would show it in action like Sarah said. Stay committed to that person. Be there for them, go on vacations with them, be there best friend. Just dont expect the entire time to have that thrilling feeling all of the time because that is unrealistic. Thats not how it works.
Being in love means being friends first, getting to really know each other. Going good and bad, and staying true to each other. Plus its deeper then sex, or the dishes, or any outside force. Saying you love someone is great, showing them is better. He said he loved her, however will he be there when she gets sick, gain weight or lose weight, during births, death? Thats being in love, being all in. Loving someone, mom, dad, friends, sister ect. Is different then a romantic relationship.
We need to love ourselves first, finding frienships first and allow love to grow. When you say you are falling in love, you can fall out just as fast. Real love, not lust grows over time. And there is something else, we can love someone. However we may not always like them.
Not everybody falls IN love with their spouse. I’d argue some people just don’t get that “in love” feeling. That doesn’t mean they don’t love you.
That is true. But if the spouse knew that you were not "in love" with him/her, that would be heartbreaking.
@@LisaLisa-2023 It would hurt for sure. But some people just can’t attain that “in love” feeling. If you have a spouse who is a super logical and rational person, I wouldn’t pressure them to feel the “in love” feelings. If they say they love you, I’d take it at face value.

@@signalfire15 Yes again. I think I am one of those people you described. I loved someone very much, but I was not in love with him. There was such an emptiness. But What really matters more as you mentioned is that they love you, really love you. And that in-love feeling, especially as I grew old/older doesn't seem to matter as much as it did when I was a lot younger.

That is very true. I wish I valued my marriage when we were young. Because even tho there were no butterflies for me at the start, I loved him very much. But there is a difference between being excited and in love and just loving someone in a relationship.

Being in love is a selfish thing, you love the way you feel being around this person, you love what they do for you. Loving someone is less selfish, and it's more about how you can make THEM feel. My mother in law called today to ask me if she can go with me to my first infusion next week for cancer treatment. It's gonna take most of the afternoon, and she's driving from an hour away just to do this because she doesn't want me to have to go alone since my mom died 2 months ago. THAT is loving someone.

Even if they are going through issues thats marriage. Marriages that last 30 40 50 years don't without serious conflict at some point. Ask anybody who has been married that long. @kinndah2519 Yeah, but don't think for a minute. Sunny hasn't had obstacles, and overcoming obstacles takes 90 percent more than passion. Sunny would have even expressed some of that, such as her jealous ways, if you don't think her husband had to deal with that think again. Sara is so realistic. The “ in love” feeling goes in an out. You have to constantly reconnect and work on the “in love “ feeling. Loving someone is an action and him being there is showing his love. “ in love “ is rainbows and butterflies and romance and you’re not getting that everyday it’s just not realistic. I had to learn that cause I grew up in the 90s and 2000s with romcoms and Disney movies.
