We were in Gatlinburg last summer and the staff from the bird attraction gave a talk at our hotel. We wanted to go but ran out of time. Our group is from the west coast and Japan and when we saw the fires we were worried about the birds. Glad to see they were unharmed. Thanks for the video.
To the facility looks spotless, and that's as not easy with birds. They all look very healthy and are in good spirits, so overall, I think they are very well cared for. ❤️

My wife and I visited there the week we got engaged. Really cool place! And now they habe a store at The Island, the lady tried putting a small bird on my 3 year old son's shoulder without asking first... he FREAKED! Looking back now it was quite comical.
Very colorful birds. It was a good thing they didn't chomp into your jugular when you ran out of nectar. Great video Jacob!

I need to be there like yesterday. I loved those sweet little lorikeets fighting over the nectar and that Moluccan cockatoo that was bouncing on your arm cracked me up. Cockatoos are hilarious little psychos.

Birds are Awesome and much more intelligent than most people take the time to realize. They remind me a a wise old soul... some cranky though lol. Great fun!
I've been to Pigeon Forge a few times but haven't visited Parrot Mountain. I have only seen the Parrots that were at the island. Great video, Thanks so much. Be safe in your travels

When I went there people always asked me, "Why?" I told them, "Just macaws." If you get a season pass, you toucan go to Parrot Mountain whenever you want.

I've met one of the vets that work there at a convention in Seattle. Lots of respect for this place. Take great care of their birds and operate an awesome rescue. Tons of respect for them. Hope to go there one day. Btw by my pic you might guess I'm a parrot parent lol

Very cool video really interesting attraction. Those toucans were probably cleaning their beaks, parrots do that constantly.
I have to go here. I am a little nervous around birds, but have since owned some and have overcome the fear. Now I just love the larger birds. The little secret garden room would make me more nervous and when you had the nectar. Love the parrots!!!!!

The Carpetbagger We had a Cockatoo that was a sweetheart, but when he got upset (company came) he would get nervous and bite. My husband actually is the one who handled him. He talked a lot and screamed my husbands name whenever he left the house. He loved toys and dancing, etc. My husbands migraines got really bad so we had to rehome the bird and it was very upsetting.

I have been there twice, I loved it too. Not too religious either.
You asked were to go? Plymouth Massachusetts, Plymouth rock, the Mayflower ship, Plymouth plantations, there is a grave yard (the oldest) museums, ect . Check it out.

❤️💕🕊love this. Thank you, Jacob!! I highly recommend going to Xcaret eco theme park if you're ever in Mexico near Playa del Carmen. You hear bird noises above you and expect to see crows or other birds, but it's beautiful multicolored parrots. Lots of neat animals.

Don't kiss the bird you'll catch Chirpies. How do you like meow? When those birds get that nectar in them they get all antsy in the pantsy.
Such a cool place, we have a Pennant Rosella who makes the sound of our phone ringing and it gets so confusing because you don't know if it's ringing or if it's our parrot lol, we also have 2 Lovebirds too.

They said they clip their wings so they can really only glide not fly.same reaction i had when that same looking bird walked up to my face. He bit through a zipper pull on my jacket. He wouldnt get off me either. The lady had to come get him. I was just glad he didnt choke on it.i want to go back and do the nectar. We went to late and didnt get to. There r two white birds in the back in a cage that will danceon cue if u move your hands up and down in the air. Maybe it was one of the ones that danced on ur arm. Zelda was mean to us to. Lol.
