75 years earlier in 1877 my ancestor George Latham Davis was the Cambridge boat crew cox. The race was declared a draw! George was a Barrister.
My Dad Adrian stokes #4 for Oxford and President of OUBC. RIP Dad
one year disappeared, the Oxford boat disappeared in the fog, they were never found again, however, an oar was found, later on the east coast of Greenland
