    I currently am taking anatomy and phycology while being in structural kinesiology as well. I appreciate you going over these bony landmarks because it helps implement what I am learning by overlapping in my different classes. Seeing it multiple times makes it easier to remember.

    I appreciated seeing the description of the joint and its key features and then being able to physically do the movement of the joint. This is key to not just memorizing the information but being able to really learn it.

    this video was not only a great reminder of the shoulder boney structure that I learned in anatomy but it went into so much more depth and really gave me an inside into the shoulder girdle. the information I learned in this video is also definitely going to help me when it comes to palpating this week!

    This video covered a lot more ground and truly offered me an inside look at the shoulder girdle. It was also a perfect way for me to review the anatomy lesson I took on the boney structure of the shoulder. I will most definitely benefit from the knowledge I gained from seeing this video this week when it comes to palpating!

    This was definitely a great refresher for me! I really appreciated the key point about the shallowness of the glenoid fossa and the repositioning of the scapula to allow for greater range of motion because we need to achieve some stability and mobility to interact with the world we live in!

    I remember a lot of this from anatomy and physiology, but it goes a lot more in depth. I think it is so cool to see how much range of motion our shoulders have and how it comes from multiple places, including the sternoclavicular joint.

    This video was a great overview of the bony landmarks of the shoulder and provided key details for why the shoulder girdle is so unique. Knowing the important parts of the shoulder will make palpations easier to conduct because I now have a better understanding of the key locations of the shoulder.
