Rick Ross can write some decent rhymes, but what I don’t get from him is a sense of being genuine. I feel like he plays a character from the moment he wakes up in the morning.

Long story short, it's been so many rappers rapping fake shit. RR ain't no different. 50 won on the shenanigans side, but Ross was beating him lyrically. As much as I like "what Tia told me" that "deeper than rap" saved Ross ass. Lot of the statements I'm seeing is only because muthas found out he was a CO so he always go be projected sideways. Fantasy or not, this is entertainment. If u watch a fuckin movie where 1 man can take out an entire click with just 38 while being shot at with choppers from every direction, the music industry ain't no different.
