Hating on the orange KTM? That’s ok. Mine is white now. It’s a bit of a storm trooper motif. I figured there’s nothing better at not hitting things than a storm trooper, right?
I like the new accent , and the trials guys are super helpfull to newbies i came from a mtb enduro background got my first trials bike in early thirties and was really pleasantly surprized that top trials riders took me out and helped me move up the grades with my skills trials is the best .
2:43 I'm no Graham Jarvis by a very long, long shot, but this quote from Jarvis is by far the most important basic riding skill that I've found, both for street and dirt, it is also a life saver, literally. In dirt, I'm covering that clutch with one finger, always. Anyone can learn to whiskey throttle, lol, and most know when to be covering the rear brake, a much smaller percentage of our riding cabal (lol) understand the importance of covering and being skilled in clutch-work.
As an introduction to trials bikes at a fraction of the price (and skill levels required), try a Chinese mini-bike a.k.a. pit bike. It took me only five minutes on a pit bike I recently purchased to do my first pivot turn which I never had the guts to try on my full-size. Easy to handle at 145 pounds and yet with more than 10 inches of ground clearance and surprisingly stiff suspension.
I use the trials bike to try something more challenging first - smaller, lighter - build confidence , then try it on the 'regular' dirt bike , I've made much better progress this way .
Exactly was i was thinking right now!im not sure if i should sell my current enduro bike and buy a new one,or to invest into a trials bike.I used to ride trials as a kid(until 15 )but not on a high level.
I advice you to invest into a trials bike. I've just turned 18 and got my trials bike when i was 17 and man it gave me a better understanding of every aspect of riding.
Anyone knows where can i go in Europe to learn trials ?? A good school that also provide bike and i can join for some days/weeks ?? I’m ready to fly in. Thank you !!
And special mention to.... Pol Tarres Getting past check point 17 at Erzberg to be classified 77 overall on a 180kg Yamaha 700cc twin cylinder Tenere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mad Man... like you always say its not the bike but the riders skills..
I think another good point is to use your time wisely. Like plinking is with shooting, you don't improve with putting around on your bike. Most of us don't have very much time to get out and ride between work days (even worse with kids). If you practice balance in the garage as often as you can, then that's one less skill you have to master on the weekend. Of course, I don't practice what I preach. I pretty much stopped improving when I started working more. That accent was hilarious! I thought that everybody else can do Murican accents flawlessly, but apparently you Australians have a bit of trouble. Of course, the stereotype of Muricans being unable to do any other accent well holds pretty true. All I know is that "Razor Blades" in Australian translates to "Rise Up Lights" in Murican. Your voice is normally a bit monotone, but you speak clearly and slowly so as to be understood. Also, the losers commenting about your voice aren't making vids, are they?! They can suck it!
Hilarious…tortuous!..I liked your voice and tone…fucking hilarious. This accent is just beyond fucked. Damn funny…the whole thing. Love the effing AUSSIES…well, the way y’all used to be anyway. Cheers mate!
As per the pinned first comment, Matt... Why the crappy southern accent? A pile of USA viewers were complaining about my narration so I thought it would be fun to annoy them even more with this vid. 😂
So, I get that you have to master riding slow to go fast. I've got the slow part down to a science. When can I expect to be faster? BTW, your accent sounds like a cross between some Irish drunk guy and some dude that grew up in Alabama 🤣😂
Tell ya wut.. Ausies may, or not realize this; We have a good dozen or so very annoying accents/dialects in the US of Aye , and then there's my own, which is in it's own category; Unforgiveable.

Yep it was definitely annoying 😂😂😂
Half the reason is for the smooth Aussie monotone. So serene.

Clutch control. What forum riders cannot grasp.

What brand and model did you get?
The same goes for bicycles as well, learning trials helps in things like XC and Downhill as well.
I use the trials bike to try something more challenging first - smaller, lighter - build confidence , then try it on the 'regular' dirt bike , I've made much better progress this way .
I like the idea of an electric trials bike. Almost pulled the trigger on one...bit then ordered a Stark Varg. :D
Those recent reports from motojournalists on the Stark look promising....
Dude…slow clap here…this is hilarious!

Actually it's a Spanish word so 'ro day oh' is how it's pronounced 😎
@@crosstrainingenduro Then you’re obviously not doing an American accent because Americans don’t know that 😏😎
Holy moly…gotta pause and read this shit…HAAAA
No one anywhere in the world talks like that and I love it.
Please never do it again :)
