If someone did this to me, i'd stick for at least one of these reasons: - Hoping to draw my out - Letting my opponent finish the combo out of respect of pulling this off

One of the few duels I have saved is a double handtrap brickfest, it was hysterical, at that point it doesn't even metter who wins it's just a good time all around :D.
Amazing, I created a similiar deck a while back during the link reg event, but without good cards like manticore. But sadly most opponent's did not use Maxx C, even when I presented it to them via Gold moon coin
This is a decent alternative to help complete the otherwise ungodly Monsters special summoned from the GY challenge if you don't have Kuribabylon and Five Star Twilight.
I was wondering what i will do with the Double Manticore Loop in the other day when i was deciding to play in a 2014 format as i was building a Beast deck. Guess i know now what to use it for.
Can't speak for everyone, but sometimes I stay for stuff like this just because I appreciate nonmeta decks and want the person to actually get their weird Win con.
I unironically prefer Maxx C over Mystic Mine, because as annoying and unfair as it is, at least you can play through it if you don't have an out, whereas you *NEED* to out Mine to even resume playing yugioh if they either already have Mine on the field or resolved Metaverse. Plus, Maxx C doesn't turn games into a snoozefest if you can't out it.

Anytime you opponent gives you a card it’s a trap. Never use is. It’s usually always the win condition for you to use the card.

Well ackshually Imperm on empty field would force Baronne negate and open your combo to any subsequent handtrap, where you would promptly lose.

Also DD Crow can stop him so if you have multiples there's a good chance you stop the loop even with the Baronne negate.

Maxx "C" is actually not much of a problem by itself. I barely even care about it.

Ash Blossom can actually counter Maxx "C" when it tries to resolve, but yeah...Once the C gets going, it won't stop until the turn is over.

Manticore and Trickstar are the only decks that can turn a Max “C” into a death sentence that I’m aware of
I can't remember the deck, but they were a heavy combo deck that also ran Hand Destruction. Seen that backfire on a Maxx C play.
Flower cardian is another good one. I also believe that six samurai are capable of infinite summoning
