@@pruett89 I just want more technical details on the cars, like he did when discussing the car’s engine - that’s the kind of details Doug never goes into and maybe we can get more nuts and bolts items and history details as well.
The moments where you're yourself are golden. Don't try to mimick Doug, neither alone or when you're with him.

I like the part where he revs the 458 Speciale A in front of those kids, making people's day and feeling happy about it.

It is in the owner's manual that you rev a Ferrari for the kids.
@@carsandbidsAs is for many many cars with large volume engines and sports cars. Same with truck horns that have to be used "when child is near and excited".
The one time I had rented a 488 Spyder, I remember a mom and child at the light coming out of a corner store. The kid grabbed his moms phone frantically so I purposely did a U turn and gave him some glorious Ferrari sound. The thought of hopefully making that kids day and possible interest in cars in the future put a feeling in my chest I cant even describe
He also immediately blushed at the attention. He's a likeable guy!

Kennan shines by himself. It’s hard to stand apart from a character as large as Doug, but in this video i completely see why Doug has faith in his ability. This channel is in good hands
I agree - which is the opposite of Alanis, who I think has tremendous chemistry with Doug and their back n fourth is so great. I hope we get alot more of everyone.
Seeing Kennan just enjoying that car is a treat. Other people would be like "Yeah that's right I drive a Ferrari!". Kennan is like "It's not mine I'm just allowed to drive it for some reason!".

I enjoyed Kennan, as many have pointed out, he uses some of Dougs mannerisms and I found it entertaining.
I read some of the other comments... And their right..the best bits are when you are yourself. Excited to see the new content and see the Doug empire expand. Great work but I think we all want to see each reviewer have their own quirks and features.

I think Kennnan killed it, even if it was in Doug's cadence and style, which I think he did wonderfully. So I'm sure he'll be able to develop his own way to review. On the other hand we come to Doug's channel's for that style. eitherway great job! Also he interacted with folks on the street during the drive, which Doug has never done. love it, also is it the car or the audio, but got a lot more engine and exhaust then typical videos
This review did a great job on putting the viewers in the drivers spot. Mentioning the attention, interacting with the people that notice the Speciale. I also liked that the echoing of the exhaust was mentioned. Most of us are too poor to get anything collectable and rare, and I think this video did a great job on showing a more enthusiast point of view rather than a collectors vision of what makes it expensive. Although I do like going over options, money and quirks a lot too, but that's what makes the car special to the owner. Seeing how excited you are about seeing something this insane helps it be more relatable as well too! great job with the review!

This was my favorite Kennan video yet. Did an excellent job demonstrating why the Speciale A was such a _special_ car indeed, and provided great commentary throughout that was specifically in his own cadence. Having one of coolest Ferraris ever doesn’t hurt either, hard to be boring with that one.

The best segment in the video is when he was driving because he reveals his own personal opinions as well as his own speaking and presenting style.
Think this is the best non garage vid I’ve seen Kennan in. He seemed very comfortable and in his element with the Ferrari info.
Enjoy watching all of the presenters. As an observation, Kennan at his most comfortable talking when driving, seems to relax into it more and tells us about the car in his own voice and his joy of the cars comes across more. Look forward to seeing more of his journey.

I drove a normal 458 for about 20 min and it was the best car I’ve ever driven hands down. I’ve driven cars just as fast none as special. It’s my dream car

I really like the approach Kennan is giving to his videos. I've been watching Doug almost since 2016-2017 and I like how Kennan gets just a little bit more into the history and engine "quirks" of each car/brand but without making it boring, just the right amout of technic details, and the knowledge he has about Ferraris in general. And I honestly like him quite a bit more than Alanis. Keep it up!!!

Kennan, sometimes you seemed like you still tried to be doug and those sections were not great, but when you forgot about it and was yourself, you shined! It's a matter of practice, you'll get the hang of it

can someone explain the appeal of scuderia shields? besides its an option to add and you get the money back. i've seen like 2 ferraris ever for sale that don't have the shields and it is such a clean look.

What a great review and I'm really liking Kennan a lot! Even his Doug impression, whether people like it or not (I do), is way better than most people realise. Don't pay attention to the haters, Kennan! I believe that as you start getting into your groove and find your style, and do away with having to be a second Doug, it'll be even better to watch. A worthy addition to Doug's channel!
On a side note, I do have to point out one small correction - the Challenge Stradale was not the first lightweight track focused mid-engine V8 Ferrari; it was the 348 GT Competizione, which had a stripped out interior, carbon fibre parts and upgrades from the Challenge race car. It was followed by the F355 Fiorano Handling Pack (though that was an optional upgrade and not a new model) before finally getting to the Challenge Stradale as a new model.

Doug is the kind of guy who can no longer bother to present his own videos.
This channel will be a mix of people appearing and presenting, sometimes even an expert on something like a modified car, which Doug really does not cover.
@@carsandbidsunderstand why in general you would have other people from C&B to reviews like Doug did but why it would be a smart idea to transform the Doug de Muro channel by renaming it when most people by far come for the presentation by Doug, idk. I would have opted for C&Bs own channel showing the videos by different presenters with Doug as a special guest and slowly fading him out as I absolutely understans he has no time to review every and any car. 😊
