Hi Mate, what a number! 😍👌👏👏👏 Nicely done, I hope you are going to upload soon some onboard videos of your beast pushing on the road. Very curious to see her, must be a beast! Nicely done, really great numbers, and with a real AWD QUATTRO torsen. Whilst I have the haldex which I hate, even if it's strong, and with a controller works quite similar to a proper permanent awd. However I would always choose your trasmission if I could.
This is very impressive for a 7163. I have an old 5 cylinder audi running a 7163 at around 30 psi on e85 and that only makes around 450awhp. I upgraded to the sx-e housing along with making some other improvements to the fuel system, etc. I need to get it back on the dyno, but honestly I'm only expecting around 500 awhp at 36 psi or so... Do you have head work done?
Yea very impressed also. Yea its a built head with titanium valves/ supertech springs. But as you can see from the graph theres not much need to rev past 7k so stock redline is fine.
Thanks, yea its defiantly outside its effective compressor map, thats why you see it taper off above 7k but combination with the IE cams and big port head+manifold, i think that helps with bringing it above the rated numbers.
Must have been one very happy dyno. At this pressure ratio and the flow needed for your power, this turbo is way out of compressor map. This car cant be more than 560-570hp :)
Could be ported heads and an aggressive intake pulse, that and e85 can be pushed way farther than pump gas with flame speeds and timing to give power like this.
Still waiting to see 1000 with stock stroke and track videos, a4’s are true sleepers

Thank you! I will upload in car videos soon.
Yes please upload som in car pulls amazing what that little turbo can push that more than the 7670 pushes y is that?
@@Nadimarco90 The 7163 has a much more efficient compressor wheel. Itll make just as much power and spool up way quicker.
nice numbers. Looks like a pretty solid engine build. Car looks great too. What did you use to attach the side skirts?
Thanks. They're attached using the factory side skirt mounts with just some extended fasteners.

How come you're making almost 200whp more with a much smaller engine?
@@senyashchukin391 Im not sure, depends on his full setup details.
@@senyashchukin391 maybe just the dyno ?
Hi love the car! How is te overall reliabilty with all these ponys??
been about a year of weekend driving and its still holding up!
Nice work there! How did you get those numbers with this turbo? This is for 550-600 crank hp right?

@gurvir44 great results though! Take care stay safe!

super late spool for a 7163, basically spooled up like my HTA3586.
Would love to compare dyno sheets. This isnt the twin scroll version.
Have you a dyno sheet to compare ? Same engine ?
for non stroke 1.8t is normal if you put bigger turbo, its mid-range to the limiter holding
What turbo kit do you have and what are you tuning with?

I have a Audi a4 but when I step on step on gas it accelerates poorly…. Does anyone know why ?
Should check for boost leaks and the usual culprits. Spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter etc.
@@gurvir44 ok thanks
