Porn is ruining my life. Lost all hope.
I think the only solution now is to throw this phone away.
You may need to control your screen time on your phone as well if throwing away your phone appears as your only option.

You can set up screen time limits (among other things), but you could also go back to a good ol' flip-phone if you really still need a phone for important calls.
