For those of you that have never had clearances of any sort and have never served in the military or certain GOVT positions that require a clearance, when anyone higher up refers to more info in a "cleared brief", the answer is mostly likely a "YES" with a bunch of caveats and alternatives activities behind it. Also, when they refuse to give a direct yes or no question to anything, it means that it's a big "MAYBE" with information that they are unsure of or cannot "disseminate" in the current setting as is. Meaning that it is a conversation reserved for a "SCIFF"(a very specific room used for certain classified briefings). Lets just say that there are things going on that most likely won't be revealed for another 25 to 100 yrs in some cases. In some cases(depending on who, what, where or how something is involved), the information may never be released.
