Hey Iguana. Letting you know, when you swoop with a griffin low to the ground you will land and run super fast. Almost the same speed as the glide and before you slow down when doing the swoop run you can take back off at incredible high speed. So swoop low and land like a plane at full swoop speed. Land parallel not at an angle for the super run!
I read your comment and when I tamed the griffin that’s one of the first things I did and it’s really fun, and the speed last for a good few seconds too

Here’s a good tip. If you wanna make the trapping easier, then use a pteranodon, they can slip through the gateways, so just lead the griffin into the trap, then just ride your pt out of one of the cracks, then hop off,close the door, and you have a trapped griffin, just make sure you don’t get stuck
Hey did you know when you get an artifact save before you tribute it then keep testing your luck on the loot just save load save load again and again to avoid hours of grinding

i have found lvl 400 griffin now i lvl up him now his lvl 5000
I tamed a griffin from yesterday I continued it today so it took me 2 days and I tamed it with MEAT. GET REKT PHYSICS and it’s a level 1595 pain in the arse though.
(Edit: I have god console and I made it hungry by levelling up).
Bruh It ain’t going invisible. That’s exactly what I did! Mine agent up to 3380 somthing but I didn’t get back in time and it flew away! I was pissed!!
To do this method you will need
1240x stones and 620x woods for 4x stone gates and reinforced door gate
And at least 20x tranquilizer darts depends on the griffin levels

How to tame a giffin (or how i did it)
step 1. Find a Griffin
step 2. lure it to the hidden lake
step 3. make sure it cant get out
step 4. tranq it (A good tranq weapon is probably great)
step 5. shove some allo kibble down its mouth or super griffin kibble if you already have it
step 6. wait and just wait
extra step pare the allo kibble or griffin kibble with a soothing balm
It didn’t work because “shoving kibble down a throat” is force feeding lol

I just tamed one a few days ago! My first one! I don’t have a gold crown or a high level, but I do have its surname XD soo.. I only have 1 part of the Griffin familys respect.. still yikes it’s very hard to find a male with the same surname, I’ve been killing them so they can spawn one in lol 😂 Fail

You made the trapping look so easy.I did the exact same trap at the same place yet the griffin got out.How did you do that?!?Your like the griffin queen!
I know what you mean, it happens to me too, what happens is sometimes when you close the gate, it ends up opening in the opposite way (it happens in the video), I think the best tip is to keep a save file so that way if it escapes, just reload the file and try again, and that goes for many things, like if you get killed or other things

I knocked out a good level quetz on my griffin and the knocked out quetz landed on a group of allos
I lost my save file so I have to start all over again. At least I have god console.

What I do when I hack a game from accidentally deleting all my stuff and starting over: “hey I should tame somthing I never got to the level to tame”
My griffin was level 85 when I found it
After I tamed it,it’s base health was 3000+
I used the Argen trap to nock out a griffon, took a bit of time to actually get it in the trap
Iguana I did the lava cave and after failing like 10 times I got the artifact I tributed it and got a longneck with 1,123 damage I know it’s not the best one you can get but not bad either.

If I tame that my bird is useless I guess i have a 110 near my base

Found and tamed a Lvl 300 on a Hard Server the other day. Had to use 5 Griffin Kibble's (20% / Kibble) so in case anyone is unsure of how many kibbles they will need for a tame, you won't need more than 5 if it's Lvl 300 or below.
(With Soothing Balm of course)

My trap was 6 stone floors, 2high doors around and roof over the top and it took 2seconds to trap

I have one griffin, male, looking to tame a female soon, but I’m really scared because taming my first one took three hours with prime because I didn’t have kibble, now I have 30 some allo kibble and I’m wondering if that’s enough.... plus there’s something wrong with my single player, everything, literally everything, I’ve not seen a high level anything in forever on single player, plus my taming takes forever. Edit: Realized a I can use a balm and made another singleplayer, got a female and realized they don’t lay eggs without a male. I am so dumb.
I am taking a Griffin while I post this, and I am so far at 0.6% tame. This is hard. I don’t use Griffin Kibble, since I don’t have two griffins nor a Chef Station, and the griffins kill my Pteranodons; who store my Prime Meat. I need help with this. What other kibbles or foods can I use that can shorten the time?

On my single player I did was farm amber on caves then killed a male and female GIGA and revived them to my green obelisk while there’s a trap in the tribute terminal

You should have starved the Griffen and then put the cible then it would be faster and. More efficient

How to tame a giga VERRYYYYYYYY easy use a griffin
I’m late, but on pvp, if you breed and 100% imprint a high lvl one, 20% of its wild health will be added, this means 35k - 40k on average

GAMING WITH HIEDER
You go into settings and turn on show player name
You can get a really good rifle by doing the dire bear quest it gave me a 1035 dm rifle
You can also just run through the Lava cave naked, ignore the enemies, grab the artifact and run out again. Pretty easy and fast and I got a way better rifle than the one I got from the dire bear pursuit, another plus is that the lava cave's rifles aren't blueprints so you don't have to farm 2000 or more metal
I don't know what's wrong with ark but I always loose the knocks when I get a little away, they just disappear as soon as I return. Like I knocked and feed a Griffin but got thirsty so I went to river for water and when returned the griffin disappeared. This glitch only happens to me in single player. If anyone knows about this then I really appreciate help!

It's necessary have the primal pass to tame a Griffin?
U can tame low levels if ur character is over lvl 40. Some people couldnt ride high lvl griffins even tho they r over lvl 40 and have the same last name for some reason
You can tame low level griffins either by being lv 85, having a primal pass buying the gold crown from the amber shop in addition to being lv 40, or having the same name ending and being lv 40.
How can i get griffin kibble without taming one ??
