If you look up Sunset Swish's own youtube channel when they do a live play of the song, the katakana spelling is "オフェンス" which translates as “offence”. And if you translate “offence”, you will get "オフェンス". "All fails" in katakana would be "オール・フェールズ". It's safe to say when the song's own creators spell it out as "オフェンス", then that's the correct word.
