Что Вас удивило , это светятся трассирующие бронебойные пули , обычно заряжается каждый третий патрон , ночью видно направление выстрела для корректировки стрельбы .
На удивление много гражданских не в курсе таких вещей как "трассирующие" или "подствольник"

In russia we have lots of different specops units, like FSB "Alpha Team", SOBR, Vityaz, Vimpel, OMON, National Guard, Rys' (Lynx), Grom, Zaslon, Saturn, Special Operations Forces (Army Specops)

That's a ЦСН =Center of Special Designation video (also there is a KGB of Belorussia - National Security Guard), i believe now they a part of SOF - Special Operation Forces, Russian elite forces. Speznas stand for Special Designation, so there is a lot of forces, civilians like СОБР/ОМОН that is police forces, or Vympel/Alpha who is SOF now and they are army forces. Two different departments.
