About ten years ago I saw an ad for this movie, but didn't get to see it. Now, after listening to this track . . . I think it's time to go looking for it.
Please do, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a film that you can watch forever and every time you see it, you take something new from it. It’s truly a work of pure art and beauty.
I like that this keeps the movie's presence and secrets in tact, by using still images. Lets people get a taste for what this movie really is, without giving away major plot spoils.
Establishes Mansell as a major 21st century composer. Has the moody repetitiveness of Michael Nieman, the sweep and crescendos of past masters and the delicacy of Faure. He is a master of the craft.
Absolutely unbelievably incredible, there is no way this made by a human being this is heavenly! Clint Mansell i have no words to express my feeling about this undesirable masterpiece!
I haven't seen the movie and probably should. But this track is just sublime. It caries a sence of urgencie, always building up, gives a feeling of someone hoping, rushing towards a solution, with time slowely running out, yet with hope just around the corner. And then that explosive end in an euphoric last explosion. Damn this is a good track.
Went to the cinema to watch this knowing absolutely nothing about it. No idea on story or plot. My god what an experience. Amazing film and experience.

When I tell my group of friends about "The Fountain" people stop talking and look away. This movie is fucking powerful... and to think that I worked with the cousin of the cinematographer and didn't realize until later. If only I had made that connection earlier...
The easiest way to get to the song is to build a Clint Mansell or Chronos Quartet channel, the song will come up pretty quickly. I had it show up on my Hans Zimmer channel that had other movie soundtracks showing up. Good Luck!
Life is a circle, always it is a beginning and an ending. Its starting end ending in the same point. Because the circle needs to be closed, otherwise it will be not a circle. Only the circle is perfect. We have the illusion there are two different points. Always the circle is complete and closed so its need to be only one point, the same point for begining and ending. The most deep movie forever...
There is no good no evil there are only actions taken or not taken, there is no heads nor tails there is only the coin, there is no past or future there is only the present.

Öleceğim an bu besteyi son kez dinleyip sonlarına doğru can vermek isterim. Bk~26.11.2019

The most hauntingly beautiful music, to go with a microcosm of the journey we all experience. Life, search for eternity, realization that it’s impermanence is what makes life so special and makes every little thing have meaning.

This is one of my favourite movies and this is my favourite soundtrack of all time!
One of the greatest composers of our time made this. It brought me to tears almost just now.... Amazing Awefully good.

The movie is indeed touching and intriguing. But it is the music that keeps you coming back over and over again. Applauds to Clint.
Life and Death ..together they will live forever!!
That bursting finale at the end is glorious
Establishes Mansell as a major 21st century composer. Has the moody repetitiveness of Michael Nieman, the sweep and crescendos of past masters and the delicacy of Faure. He is a master of the craft.
Şehirlerarası otobüste cama kafanı dayayıp hatalarını, keşkelerini ,pişmanlıklarını,terkedilişlerini ölümü üzüntüyü acıyı hissettiren müzik.

i cried so much watching this movie, its beautiful. and so it is this piece of music. brilliant Clint Mansell!
I love the fountain but it just… tears me to pieces….. oh my goodness what a beautiful film.
Absolutely unbelievably incredible, there is no way this made by a human being this is heavenly! Clint Mansell i have no words to express my feeling about this undesirable masterpiece!
undesirable?
I'm not exaggerating, I get the chills everytime I hear this. Every single time.
Hayatımda izlediğim en iyi filmlerden biri we dinlediğim en iyi müziklerden biri sessiz we sakin tek başına izlenmesini tawsiye ederim
This song will ring your soul like a gong. Clint is a certified legend.
Brilliant and beautiful music
Movie is one of its kind just blows our mind ..so deep and music is just amazing!!
It reminds me of that one soundtrack in ParaNorman when Norman talk to Aggie
I haven't seen the movie and probably should. But this track is just sublime. It caries a sence of urgencie, always building up, gives a feeling of someone hoping, rushing towards a solution, with time slowely running out, yet with hope just around the corner. And then that explosive end in an euphoric last explosion. Damn this is a good track.
Just watched this movie because of the beautiful soundtracks, best thing ever
Goosebumps at 2:26 every time.
Went to the cinema to watch this knowing absolutely nothing about it. No idea on story or plot. My god what an experience. Amazing film and experience.
I had a similar experience with Interstellar. Kinda like finding a shiny pokemon 🤣
Thanks to the Arrivals I found this song which led me to the movie!
THE MOVIE!!!!
yeah man best series ever!
@Vural Coskunoglu Wallahi, you said it. The Arrivals opened me to knowledge of a world of deception.
Arrival opening my eyes Dajjal deception while i m questioning his arrival in this world
I m living in his system. Damn.
@Vural Coskunoglu and most of what you saw in arrivals is bullshit brother hhhh it's just brainwashing you into unending conspiracy theories
@Vural Coskunoglu bro all i can tell you don't get drowned in that conspiracy theory obsession ....it's not healthy and although there are indeed many conspiracies going on , don't believe anything you hear, for instance arrivals is just making unverifiable claims and if you investigate a little in their content you'll find they make a lot of historical mistakes , why should we give them any credibility ...maybe the ones telling you the whole world is built on a conspiracy theory are the people who have a conspiracy theory to brainwash people into believing everyone around them is evil and conspiring on them to bring their demise ? ever thought about that ?
One of the best movies ever made ❤
This is the movie that made me look up other movies by the same Director. A first. And I love all his movies ofc. Darren Aronofsky!
When I tell my group of friends about "The Fountain" people stop talking and look away. This movie is fucking powerful... and to think that I worked with the cousin of the cinematographer and didn't realize until later. If only I had made that connection earlier...
I always think of the way Hugh Jackman says "Behold..!" when I hear this song. Behold this music!
The crescendo at the end gives me chills every single time.
One of the best movies ever made.
Fantastic and so emotional, the movie is great and the music nearly gets me into tears ! Thanks Clint and thanks Darren !
Thanks to Pandora, this very song led me to the movie.....and what a delightful discovery that was to me.
Dunno what Pandora is, but glad you discovered this movie.

Oscar D its an app like spotify. plays music and comedy
Yeticus Rex how did you find this song on pandora????? what channel???
The easiest way to get to the song is to build a Clint Mansell or Chronos Quartet channel, the song will come up pretty quickly. I had it show up on my Hans Zimmer channel that had other movie soundtracks showing up. Good Luck!
This movie, soundtrack and love emphasis embodies my heart, mind and soul.
The most deep movie forever...
perfect Laura...
I dont know if its perfect... I just wrote my point of view.

The dynamics and progression of this piece of music is insane. Clint Mansell really outdid himself on this.

It is masterpiece.
Hauntingly Beautiful.. Clint Mansel is a genius, and the movie was amazing too! #SoulLove #TimelessLove

No much different to Zimmer
I cant recall how many times i have watched this movie, but everytime i watch it...i feel like i am watching it for the first time... and i had been missing its OST since past few days...now that i am here and listening to it i feel like watching the movie again.
