Hi Ash, this is locomotive Linda, on the Ffestiniog Railway, North Wales, and is seen in three different locations along the line :)

Hi Ash, I think I misunderstood your initial question. The shot at 0:27 is taken at Dduallt, the shot shows two lines, which are both part of the Ffestiniog Railway, and behind the camera, the train climbs in a big loop over itself, to gain height over the lake at Tanygrisau :)
