I am a 30 year old Vegetarian diagnosed with gluten intolerant , diagnosed few months back. Also from West mambalam!!! Thanks for the dietary suggestions. Couldnt get a dietician. This is very helpful!!!
How did you find it ? Is there any specific blood test for that...?
@@Im_SiVAthere is no specific blood test but if you pass loose stools frequently after eating any wheat based food then they may ask you to test these stools for gluten or lactose intolerance. This could lead to ulcers, IBD, IBS leading to crohns. Mostly caused due to stress, untimely food intakes and working in night shifts. Know this as I have been diagnosed with crohn's IBS and IBD.

You are the best, Ash. There exists a big gap between cricketers and fans. We are totally unaware of behind the scenes of cricketers. I understand cricketers need privacy but this leads to exclusivity and Ash has found a nice balance to make the fans inclusive without affecting his private life. Hope VK and other cricketers connect with fans the same way as Ash does. Cricketers forget that they are in this peak rich position due to the fans and it becomes important that cricketers stay connected to fans any way possible.
