The blatant lie she said about a member of the public who called into the police to complain about someone filming the police station- whereas it actually was a member of the force caught on camera entering the station.
Do any police officers know anything about the law ??? The more you see videos of the police the more you realise that the police have absolutely no knowledge of the law !!! Thanks for recording the police and showing everybody how little knowledge of the law they really a have !!! Well documented !!!
I've been watching your videos over and over again for a week. You've motivated me to research and learn so much more about laws and our rights. I love your videos and I do hope that the court journey goes well. Regards your last recently video. 🙏🏽 Keep it up!

Duncan Fraser I find it very creepy that you didn't turn it off or maybe you just like to criticise other people. One thing I will say is your coming across as one of them or maybe you have a thing for farm animals. 🐷🐷
Abby is funny... she has a real-time factual situation right in front of her that she won't address and yet keeps wanting to draw a comparison with some hypothetical situation for the sake of analogy !! What a simpleton.... LOL.
12:40 "We've come out here to ascertain if there is any risk to the safety of the station". And after over ten minutes of conversation where it goes into the intricacies of the legal system and law and policing they still think they need to ask the same question over and over till they get an answer that confirms their original view and not what actually is happening.
code of practice 4.13.1. There has been widespread concern amongst photographers and journalists about the use of stop and search powers in relation to photography. It is important that police officers are aware, in exercising their counter-terrorism powers, that: a) members of the public and media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places; b) it is not an offence for a member of the public or journalist to take photographs/ film of a public building; and c) the police have no power to stop the filming or photographing of incidents or police personnel. thankyou AE stay safe ps 4:13:4 it is important that police officers do not automatically consider photography/filming as suspicious behaviour. The size of the camera/video equipment should not be considered as a risk indicator.
It's amazing how many officers/pcsos will just keep asking the same questions over and over in the hope that you give the answer they've already assumed. News flash not everyones a criminal and the police aren't being targeted.
Again, stop arguing that photography isn’t suspicious. Argue that it’s not suspicion OF A CRIME!! Not sure of UK law, but far too many auditors make this mistake in the US.
Too anyone who says he baited them by posing as a security threat. Imagine in a stop and search situation where an innocent person is stopped for no reason by officers who don't know the law . Neither would they uphold the law if we was a victim of anyone in a uniform.
Most police really do such an amazing job at their work, i dont know why people and some public don't like them or scared, i really love and fancy Policeladies in uniform, i would love to go out with them :)
Abby, if I was to stand infront of you and whisper into my mates ear, would that be reasionable suspicion for you to come over and talk to me and ask for my details? I mean, I could have whispered ANYTHING what don't you understand about no crime = no reason for you to talk to us
I love the idiocy of the whole hostile reconasonce argument. Because logically if you wanted to get anything of value from recon you need people not to realise they are being reconned. So logically that argument is stupid
3:30 Why would the police come out if someone dialled 999 over someone videoing their home? They don't come out for a burglary so they won't come out for a videographer.
It's not just what we do know it's what can be proven in a court of law so when she's standing spraffing about if this and if that she's totally copsplaining trying to push the narrative in her favour. 🏴🇬🇧👌
Abbie doesn't listen, she is determined to try and win an unwinnable argument, she must think by repeating the same flawed logic constantly it will at some point be proved to be true.
I am back again god she is so nice , Abby you rock,I hope you have moved on are doing well . This was a while ago .God your very nice .GO abby , 9 yeras in the sa , wish some off my staff were like this ,

Best way for police to deal with photographers is to keep your eye on them. If they talk to them, ask if they are a famous you tuber instead of what are you doing when it's quite clear they are not committing a crime by videoing in a public place. Google street view has photographed everywhere. A copper blowing his top and making up laws on camera makes me wonder what they are like without a camera recording.
I don't think that was a "Designation Card" that the PCSO flashed at Ed. So many PCSO's don't even know what a "Designation Card" is! It's a list of the powers they have, it's not a warrant card!
All you have to do is replace photography with wearing yellow hat...both are legal. "We've had a complaint about you wearing a yellow hat. Because I can. But it's suspicious if you don't tell me why you're wearing a yellow hat. Because I can. But why?"
Her favorite movie is the Minority report ! And yes you are correct if a PCSO doesn't show their designation card on request then any powers they have been given which are written on said card are all null and void and any action taken by them would be unlawful.
Instead of police being alarmed at the fact they could face backlash with their numberplate etc been on show why not just do your job and not be first class wankers in the first place. People wouldn't have issues at all then
4:06 😹 💁🐔 🎶👏 hello seagull lol , sounds like a monster of a seagull that one must of been eating plenty of disguarded baked potato and baked beans and chips
This is very entertaining. Abby Is not the sharpest knife in the drawer but is quite adept at digging a hole for herself even tho she is pleasant enough. You would think that somebody would have rumbled that this sort of thing is only done to get a rise out of the police who then become the subject of the video.
If you was walking around your home town and someone wouldn't leave you alone. Then the police would move them on or arrest them . Yet when police won't leave you alone they think the same laws don't apply to them .
A lawful activity can not be deemed a suspicious activity! Otherwise joggers would be tackled to the ground for 'potentially' running away from the scene of a crime.
Their suspicious implementation of their duties is suspicious ...them getting suspicious about legality is suspicious..Cluedo was definitely lacking in their Christmas box.....
I was out reading outside a police station. Would this pathetic police force want to know why I am reading? I also filmed the whole of Torquay sea front when I walked through in 2018 on the coast path. When should I expect the harassment on why I was filming.
Can't investigate a crime that's not taken place or suspicion a crime might be committed , if that's how it worked then prisons would be full of people who might commit a crime in future
Your seriously threatening ABs place as my favorite Auditor..
Exceptional work
Educating the police. Free of charge. Horses telling riders. Well done. Took nearly 30 mins in total. Good job.

What next the police will be giving speeding tickets to parked cars just in case they might speed later. The police are a joke.
Ken Evanska dont talk shit mate a parked car ent the same as a creepo walking around causing trouble for no reason
Duncan Fraser what do you mean creepy man causing trouble? All I can see is a guy breaking no laws being lied to by the filth.

Watched this audit a few times, excellent job. Just what the south coast needs...keep up the good work.
You are a gem Audit ED. Great interaction
Meanwhile in Torquay centre some granny is being mugged while the cops play semantics with a guy filming in public.
This was amazing to veiw. A true service to the community in my baldy opinion

It looks like a PCSO training day.
must be fast tracked training course she will be an inspector next week
That sargent stitched Abbey right up! He f@@ked off when he knew he was wrong and left her to deal with it.

Bollocks. Yes bang on you was not even there 2mins. Winds me up. Go on Ed fella.
A lesson worth knowning, our rights, to those not willing to listen or understand.
Any other lawful activities need investigating, breathing, reading, watching the telly, driving within the Highway Code?
I wonder if someone drawing would be regarded as less suspicious than someone filming?
