I booked from Chandigarh. Parking wasn't included. Driver stay ia included in the total amount u pay. But you get many local cabs in Manali as well.

How much do drivers charge from Manali for a 4*4 vehicle ?

It completely depends on the route you want to cover. Like Sethan is around 3k, Atal tunnel and solang is around 4-5k.
