Atz members are really active like 5 year old children (esp. The 99 liner group consists of 5 members). And i bet, they are more chaotic in offcam than on cam. Also he cant do it in movements/gestures like chan since all of atz members are more bigger and hyper than him.

I really like hongjoong as a leader. He is really different from other K-pop leaders out there, he seems stricter than most but also more approachable and down to earth than them. He doesn’t mind being laughed at and would even joke around with the members by sacrificing his own pride and dignity. His leadership style is really cool - he lets members have fun but at the same time when it’s time to be serious he expects everybody to put in their 100% effort and discipline them as needed. From what members have said, he is also very motivational and encourage them to do more and be more confident. I really think he is one of the best K-pop leaders out there
I laughed at the beginning but at the end I cried 😭💕 he's really a hardworking and kind person, we don't deserve him
He is really like the dad of tge group, who is strict for their good, takes care of them, helps them, is friendly with his members even he loves his members like they are his son. & he even cried while writing a letter to his members & said i should go up & look at their faces before i go to bed

I was laughing my senses out throughout the video. But, in the end when he cried, I cried. Hongjoong isn't a lot older than the other members. In fact, he is the 1 who has lost most of his childhood & youth to his duties. As an artist, as a leader, as someone responsible for the dreams of 7 people other than himself. It isn't as if he doesn't get the urge to fool around. But, the way he puts so much effort & is always there to lead the others shows what kind of a precious human being he is.
