Imagine a game like Forza Horizon, but with the entire world accurately modeled. Kind of similar to Flight Simulator 2020, but with all the details rendered close up.
Microsoft could utilise the stuff from flight sim in a new Forza horizon game......is possible to some degree

Offcourse it does. It's an arcade game with elements of a Simulator. It's not meant to be fully realistic
It's quite accurate actually. The sense of speed depends on FoV setting, the closer it to real life, the slower the car feels.
