CSX M560, with Heritage Unit 4568, at Vorheesville, NY, and dangerous signal malfunction on 9/6/23

CSX M560, with CSX "Operation Lifesaver" heritage unit (CSX 4568), crosses S. Main St., Voorheesville, NY, and a dangerous malfunction occurs mid-crossing. Signal gates rise and fall twice, followed by a bounce. Both N. Main St. and Voorheesville Ave are flagged/protected for the next several hours after signal technicians are dispatched to the N. Main St. crossing to repair the problem.
