You apologizing to Maggie was adorable. I'm sure she's already forgiven you! Also, with the omelet, I always pour in the egg first and have the heat on low. Don't add the filling until you see the edges firming up a bit. Add your filling and flip it onto itself once the egg has pretty much firmed up all the way through. I use cheese to make it stay in place. It might not be perfect but that's how I do it. Low heat and slow cooking is really the best way to get a decent omelet that isn't runny on the inside.

I always enjoy your videos and I know this may come across as a bit weird, but because we are in Oz your videos often pop up at night so I find it a great way to watch them when I hop into bed for the night - maybe you should work for audible ;)
Awesome video. Just a protip with lemon water, it's extremely corrosive to your teeth (I found that out the hard way). Try to drink it with a straw whenever possible. Your future teeth will thank you! :)
