I'm a truck driver that's trying to start a recycling company in the middle of northern British Columbia and I really don't have the resources or the desire to spend hours trying to find someone who inevitably doesn't want to pay the $70 to ship the equipment to them. I will give anyone anything they want for free, and I always ask the ham radio club if they want this stuff and sometimes they do, but they didn't want this thing. I've had it sitting in a pile of stuff for people to go through and it has been over a year, so now it can make its way to some other life.
I have one guy that fixes video game consoles and computers, but only focuses on things that people want and then we split the profits, unfortunately the 750 people here aren't looking for much more than the latest things.
