I'll agree, great way to get places shut down or posted up as everyone in 5 miles can pinpoint your location. Better to ride quiet and sneaky so no one knows if you're somewhere you shouldn't be, like powerline right of ways.....
Travis S that's why I love rotax 900 ace. it is so sneaky that I have to watch out for wildlife. raindeer and arctic bird's doesn't notice me before I'm very close.
Can't you roll those poo's over to get unstuck? I mean shoot you were already half way there on the side hill, as long as you don't trench too deep it's a scrawny one person job.
yes of course I can - but the lower ski was jammed into a stump and was bolted in there -I had to cut a frozen 8 inch stump with an 8 inch folding saw:)
Ouch, that is always fun. My shovel is the one with the saw blade in the handle which is pretty sharp. If you're using a folder definitely look into Silky saws as they are f'in sharp and the best folder I've ever used.

vampov they never look like they really are but it is steep and ice covered under the snow
look at the trees most of them always points directly straight up. youll then see how much steep it is
