steak
sirloin steak 300 g
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper 1 tsp
olive oil 1 tbsp
garlic (crashed) 1 clove
mashed potato
potato 1 kg
butter 3 tbsp
milk 1 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
gravy
oil and butter left over from the steak
flour 1/4 cup
worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
water 2 cups
