I watched 17:14 on super slow mo and the game just absolutely doesn't send your ult where your cursor was. Your cursor is perfectly in line with Akali when your clicked R, and it just sends it like 30 degrees off from where your cursor is.
Nah, it's perfectly in line with Akali when R comes out, but that doesn't mean that the key was pressed at this very moment. His cursor was where his R goes a few millisec before and that's probably when the R command was registered.
What happened is you got 5 free kills early and got ganked 3 times by your jungler (basicly weakside😂). Thats how you win against vayne. And the same in vipers words: JuSt BuY eDge oF NiGhT
