Apparently you shouldn't hand wind sellita and ETA movements, according to watch makers those movements aren't properly designed for handwinding just automatic winding, and I can attest to that bcs I stripped the gears in my Tag heuer before I new that
Most ppl probably wouldn't know that, I just found out. And I was crushed when I Jacked up my Tag and wouldn't want someone else jacking up a nice watch like that oris of yours. Cheers
This is simply not true. Winding the watch is one of the functions. I always wind carefully, like when I use the crown. Never had any issue with any of my watches.

@@tamasyyc you will need a spring bar tool. Just google. Removed bracelet with spring bar tool on Google. The key is to be patient and go slow, you don't want to scratch anything. Good luck!

In a winder i think its about 10 seconds fast a day.

You'd need to purchase the strap. I bought the OEM strap and clasp from eBay some years ago.
