shatkora has a texture and resembles like lime, but due to its intense and slightly bitter taste we only cook it with mutton or beef, but trust me you wont feel that bitter at all, bcz we cook it spicy it will give you the delicious taste, btw we call shatkora as"Hatkora" in our sylhety local language, and in dry fish recipes you can have "Hidol and loitta " fish and the list is never ending actually, we call dry fish as "hutki", and you can have them in "Pach Vai" resturent which is situated in Jollerpar jindabazar, not so far from where you are staying currently, you can have those awesome dishes almost everywhere in Sylhet city, And im a huge fan of yours ❤ never skipped any of your vdos and i was over the moon when i got two two replies from u, keep growing and much love❤
