- Freeze-dried candy canes work great! Just make sure to get the right temp before they go in.
The recipe for these is to pre-warm at 165 for 30 minutes and freeze-dry at 165 for 2 hours. The pressure is pretty high, at 9000 to 10000mtorr.

The Taffy works great, but you need to flatten them or they do end up puffing a lot!
