Sometimes I find such fun /beautiful prompt pieces that I get caught up dithering between which to use. 😁 BUT it's fun making the choice and then seeing if I can make it work with the other prompt choices. Gosh all I can say is that lady is absolutely beautiful! I love the colours you have used think blues and greens together are my favourite- funny could never understand why they say/ used to say blue and green should never be seen next to each other???? I'm certainly going to try to do as many assignments as I can in 2025. Unfortunately I can't guarantee I'll complete the whole year long challenge. We're hoping to move at some point in the year and that's why you've probably heard me mention I've been working with limited supplies. We don't get magazines on any kind of subscription here at home so it's any ol' magazine I see lying about anywhere on my travels eg in a hotel room. I'm always drawn to travel magazines to flip through, so it's usually one of those where I'll spot an image to squirrel away as a possible prompt choice for a future assignment. I'm always looking out for images/pieces I think I can use or work in as a prompt piece. I have a couple of A5 plastic pockets that I root in after I've read my assignment prompts for the week. I usually come across something in those, if not it's through any books left unpacked and/or the internet.... failing that, I'll panic 😱. Hugs C xx
@oakhousejournals all great ideas! My son just got a job he's been hoping to get for 3 years and he will be traveling all over. I've asked him to bring me back free things from each place, like travel brochures and stuff so hopefully I'll get some good stuff that way. Wishing you a Very Happy New Year! 🫂 🤗

As I've been doing this challenge for three years now, I've squirrelled away a good few, which I store in a couple of A5 plastic folders.Before I start an assignment I'll root through those to see if there's something that might work and there usually is. The images I find are from books, magazines, the internet, labels on bottle and/or packaging.... anywhere really. TFW and hugs from me C xx
