The alternate segment theorem (or tangent-chord theorem) states that in a circle, the angle between a chord and a tangent through one of the end points of the chord is equal to all angle at the circumference in the alternate segment.
This explanation is the comprehensible I've ever seen. Now I fully understood this theorem thanks to you sir.
