I find laughter is very good its way better than anger so I try to replace the dark fearful things with laughter or thoughts of this beautiful planet god created we are so loved its amazing his love is so great for us I wish people could see he would never condem us regardless of anything

I needed this. The political world has gotten too "scary" and I'm breathing and working hard to think positive. It's not easy with all that is going on. I care too much to not learn what's going on in our world AKA the news, but it's so depressing...and fear making. I meditate daily to ease my mind, body and soul. I laugh with every opportunity given me (sweetness of my dog and cat, nature, a breath of fresh air suddenly coming my way) and I honestly pray like crazy. Thank you, John, for staying even and sharing your positivity here for all of us.
My best work is unrecorded John lol. In the end (which doesn't exist) this world of fear and confusion is but an illusion. We return to our Source of absolute love and bliss. We can choose to be addicted to the drama of it... or see it for what it is... an act on a stage for the sake of the story.
"Through faith, all things are possible." I have faith we are better than we are depicted in the media. We, as humans, are prone to getting worked up, sure, but I have faith those in the news and those with platforms only focus the negative. You do not hear of the neighbor helping catch a runaway dog, nor the person who assists a neighbor when they have fallen late into the night and need help, nor the person who offers a friendly smile and nod to passers by. We are mostly kind...I genuinely believe this. We just need to respect ourselves enough to say "No, I won't do that.". I feel that sentence alone would make all our lives far better.
According to Christianity if you have the right beliefs then the future is bright, but if you're a non-believer or "not right with god" there is only darkness and endless torment. I find it very hard to believe their god is one of love when the bible is very duplicitous on what god is and isn't. I think you're right, the ball is in our court and always has been and that only comes from within and not from an external source.

Yep and in alignment sort of with Johns chat today :) when Christ cursed that fig tree....remember he'd had a bad day, was a bit ticked off, they had All just returned to the dwelling for the day, and almost Immediately Christ grabbed a fig tree and Cursed it and, the tree withered and died, now....remember the Apostles were watching this just a few feet away and, they were to say the least a bit terrified that maybe they'd be next for Christs wrath :) but Chris realizing this Immediately calmed them down and said " I tell You the Truth, More than this You will do " it's Really OK to embrace this statement and Ponder it and play with it if You touch upon the reality of it then use it Lovingly ...Very Lovingly
Follow jesus is bright, anyone that follow his teachings have good luck, more wealth, life flip upside down in being humble anything is gold, and there is plenty abundance, and freedom, there is no attachment to nationality, or to the future, totally humble, you meditate and the universe find a way for you to have the time to meditate more, you please god and life please you giving you the space for god or the space for giving your life to god and forget about the world drama and the world attachment but for that you need to be humble, easy, small, nothing, but if you are USA you are in war always... But jesus would say something that nope this era everything is changing even if you dont follow me, crazy times, way more crazy than in the past, there is plenty of fat people and crazy technology, crazy times.
Is there a way to find teachings of Jesus's that isnt just whats written.? Ive heard theres gonstic scriptures of his true belifs in banned books of the the bible. That the vatican chose whats in the bible. Jesus himself wouldnt have been christian that was after his cruifixction. It wouldve been more gnostic belif

There are no Gospels that aren't written from an agenda. Jeshua taught love not dogma. Simply Love one another and you are living his teachings
