I would like to see more real estate outside of just downtown Chicago. Maybe more townhomes or single family with more space.
Also maybe videos on the activities to do in different neighborhoods.

There aren’t fees unless you’re renting the space. Otherwise, it’s first come, first serve. Thanks on the wife!
