    Ingredients:
    For idli total batter
    1.5 kg rawa\semolina
    half kg khatta dahi\sour curd
    4-5 teaspoon soda
    Namak swaad anusaar
    2 large glass paani or enough water to soak the rawa
    Sambhar + tadka
    2 cup toor dal \ pigeon peas
    3 large glass water
    2.5 ladle \ karchi oil
    1 table spoon rai \ black mustard seeds
    1 tablesoon jeera \ cumin seeds
    half teaspoon hing \ asafetida
    4 medium size onion
    2 aloo \ potatoes
    half kg lauki \ bottle guard
    250 gram lambe baingan \ long brinjal
    4-5 tomatoes
    6-7 garlic cloves
    4-5 green chili
    10-15 curry patta
    1 table spoon haldi \ turmeric powder
    1.5 tablespoon red chilli powder
    3 tablespoon dhaniya powder \ coriander powder
    Half teaspoon methi dana \ fenugreek seeds
    Namak swaad anusaar \ salt to taste
    Oil for tadka
    4-5 khadi laal mirch \ red chilli
    Chutney + tadka
    250 grams mumfali \ peanuts
    1 cup khatta dahi \ sour curd
    4-5 garlic cloves
    1 medium glass water
    5-6 tablespoon oil
    half tablespoon rai \ black mustard seeds
    4-5 khadi laal mirch \ red chilli
    8-10 curry leaves
    Namak swaad anusaar \ salt to taste
