Your videos are some of the best out there. Great editing, music, narration, storytelling plus Sardinia looks absolutely magical. A real bummer to see that Connor got injured though, I hope it didn't last for too long.

Alaska has to be the most well traveled dog on Y/T! I've been watching since you built your first bus in Chile and I always got a notification of a video....until recently. I made sure the bell was "ringing" . I wonder if others are having the same issue as your channel is not the only one that is not sending notifications all the time.
@@KombiLife all the hard work to make these vedio's and for you tube to be acting like that.It seems it's the channels that been around for awhile.Maybe there spending more then they want for all the new creators???? A thought but good business for them. Just keep mentioning to viewers to verify there subscription and bell notifications
RUclips has definitely gotten worse. But I don't understand. In my list of channels there will be a blue dot next to a channel that has a new video. It used to have a number representing the number of videos you haven't watched. So you aren't getting that dot? Channels like Kombilife keeps me going. Reminds me to just live life.
It was nice to watch all the climbing! Reminds me of 30+ years ago, but I am no longer in climbing shape. I still have all my gear so.....who knows! Now I'm off to tinker with my 73 beetle!
Stop in at a proper truck repair shop & they'll sell you strips of rubber patch & give you rubber cement to repair both pair of shoes. Tire patch material is the same & rubber cement will keep it there forever. Keep her soul in place also
If you could choose any van to travel through Europe would you still choose your kombi? we are about to set out around Europe in our T25 and are nervous :O
I had 70s kombi vans in the early 80s. One thing they all had in common is being unreliable. If I could’ve had a modern VW transporter van back then, instead of the Combi I would’ve swapped it in the blink of an eye. I have a T6 transporter now that I live in and it is Great. I don’t understand why young people have such a Nostalgic view of the kombi.
@@e-curb I assure you, my mechanical abilities were up to the task. It’s what I did for a living. I bought a van to travel in, not to repair at the side of the road. There wasn’t much choice of vans back then. It was a choice of the kombi or the Transit. Both as bad as the other. Now days there’s much better opTions. When you buy any product you shouldn’t have to be able to fix it. NO it’s not all about the owners mechanical abilities. It’s about good engineering.

So this is a climbing channel now? I like it...and the videos... but i miss van life.
We're definitely sticking with the van adventures, but a climbing adventure might pop up from time to time.
