Cheerful and funny guys work in the police.
    - Mario, are you okay?
    - Yes.
    - We will help you (we will change this)...
With the help of the cops, Mario's soul flew to another world.
And the cops got paid leave. They will receive a pension and all the honors.
In a normal country, the cop (who committed this) would already be in prison, and his property would go to compensate the victim’s relatives. BUT, just NOT in America. Here the victim will be told a simple phrase: “instead of ruining a cop’s life and career with a lawsuit, you’d better take the taxpayers’ money.” And the victim will sell himself and the memory of his deceased relative - take the money and withdraw the claim. The cop will stay clean and continue to do the same thing.
A corrupt society produces corrupt cops.
So the cop is guilty of what he did.
BUT, who allows him to do this... YOU are - taxpayers when you agreed to cover up his crimes with your money.

As a Paramedic and CPR Instructor I have to comment on this one. The officers were not inserting an ETT, they provided two nasal doses of NARCAN. Thats why he explained that it only had to go in the nose about a 1/4 of an inch. They were providing "compression only CPR", which IS the correct way to provide CPR if they do not have access to a CPR mask. The compressions do appear to be being performed correctly. They are at the correct speed and depth, which is actually surprising as I rarely ever see correct CPR being done by police officers. The only place they made a mistake in the performance of the CPR was they did not immediately apply an AED if one was available. Waiting for Fire to arrive with an AED is too late for it to be effective.

I can’t believe they attempted to intubate. That procedure requires immense training & sophisticated equipment called a laryngoscope! Are you sure that’s what tried to put in? Or was it an oral airway?
More than likely it was an oral airway so that they can give effective breaths. But even that is hard if you haven’t used one before. I can place n oral airway easily because I’m a RT that works in a hospital that has done it may close 500 times. But I can’t see someone doing that with basic CPR training and no experience.

a "Thank you" which sounded like it didn't fit in the conversation but at this point the poor guy was trying to say ANYthing at all
to remove the pressure off his body/neck! I'm infuriated at this & another thing = F#@K the use of force policy/rules because
they use those to send a cop home w/ paid/unpaid leave & later they'll say that was punishment but that's how they circumvent
the actual laws being broken.... using policy/rules to say they punished the cop but that get's them out of the Court System.
There will never be any public trust until there is responsibility for their actions - that only comes by being charged under
the same LAWs we all get sentenced under = the Cop has to go thru the same stuff as we go thru - nothing less will do!!
poor kid - the issue isn't whether they followed CPR correct, but that they shouldn't have done whatever caused him to

Those CPR guidelines are outdated. The breaths were removed at least a decade ago. Strictly chest compressions now.
19:36 The beginning line is crucial. It specifies "when qualified rescuers are present" the ET is placed without interruption of chest compressions after initial CPR. 👮 are not qualified rescuers. Paramedics, nurses, doctors, EMTs and a few randos here and there have received the training to meet those standards.
With the jargon cleared up, on to the actions of these Police Academy rejects. What is the obsession with cuffing someone detained? They had a perfectly calm "suspect" and there was no threat nor was he attempting to leave. They should have waited for an ambulance or ENT before doing anything. They suspected him of stealing from Walmart and possibly public intoxication due to the possession of the open container.
That one 🤡 got tossed like a ragdoll on the way down to the ground. That holier-than-thou attitude is what causes these situations to go out of control.
I am ready for martial law. Not national guard or reserves either. Active duty where everyday is training, learning and honing skills. Why? US military follows the Geneva Convention. Even in war with terrorists, if we were attacked and could not positively identify the specific individuals, we cannot attack back. If someone attacks and lowers or drops their weapon, we cannot attack. They are arrested. Can you imagine if policing in this country was to follow the Geneva Convention guidelines? There would be hundreds of people to make it to court to be judged by a jury of their peers.

I usually don’t have a hard time watching these types of video and most of them make me angry. However, this one was very hard to watch😢. Now this also shows LEO’s can’t even do CPR correctly so, what are they actually needed for.

It’s interesting you’re completely ignoring the facts. You’re alluding to this being a bad arrest.
He had to identify himself because he was reasonably suspected of multiple crimes. Theft of the alcohol. Theft of the store’s baskets. Loitering. Possibly criminal trespass (he said it himself). And finally he’s been reasonably suspected of public intoxication.
You can’t just fall back on the Constitution while committing actual crimes.

I mean, they're just allegations until proven. We enjoy the presumption of innocence. Not really, but for the sake of argument. He will never have his day in court. So constitutionally, he's still innocent. But they do what they want with no consequences. What constitution?

So after watching, and reviewing this video, it is clear that you grossly misrepresented this event, in the title of this video, by stating y hat " inproper CPR leads to death...". You offered no proof of that , such as an autopsy report, which means 1 of 2 things. Either you know whathat the autopsy found to be cause of death, and it is NOT due to improper CPR, or, you haven't seen the autopsy, which means you are asserting a very serious accusation, with no confirmation, either of which invalidates you as a reliable, unbiased, honest, source of information. It also makes you a contributor to promoting division and misinformation, to the detriment of the common people. You should be ashamed .

Well that's the last straw. These cops did nothing wrong. They were polite and dealt with the situation as best as anyone could. This guy died because of his own health problems. Your videos have been getting more desperate to blame the cops for literally everything. Keep on defending criminals.

So ur basically saying cops dont need to worry about health problems. Once someone is taken into custody, their body becomes state property. Cops are more concerned with their safety and getting the arrest that's the problem with this case.
