Hi guys, just wanted to throw a message in here as apparently we had some issues with the live recording which saw youtube throw some random adverts onto the live show. We do apologies if this has caused any issues with your viewing.
Just watched this on my day off today. Great episode, loved the random chat at the end ref the ground 😅 Sidenote: also like Eddies channel Tyneside Life ha ha
I’ve sat in the leazes west corner since 93/94 (I was 8 years old, first season ticket). I was moved the season when the extended the stadium but I’ve sat there around people I’ve had crack with for over 30 years. I’d hope they move me to a similar seat but I suspect I’d be in the gods. I’d also have to build new relationships with people around me. It would be great if they could move people in blocks but as you guys have said, it will be new corporate seats first they then will just chuck us in what’s left
Ive supported the Toon for over 50 years now, had a season ticket for 26 years and for me we need to think about the future and future fans, its got to be less of how it potentially spoils things for the individual and more about the bigger picture and we also need to remember all the fans who never get to go and experience the wonder that is match day football, this is just my opinion but I am sure I will get pelters but so be it. Missing Decca mind, makes the show.
Still the best NUFC pod around. Keep up the good work lads! Get the boys to do another Canny chatter soon, I’m too invested in the scrampions league! 😂👍
Longstaff was admittedly poor but totally agree on the crowd on being on his back, it’s ridiculous. Schar misplaced one couple mins before aswell and zero reaction. I feel tho Miley is ahead in pecking order now in terms of ability and what’ll bring to the team.
With regards to who's ahead in the pecking order with Miley and Longstaff...Longstaff did himself no favours after that perforce because he was absolutely horrendous. He looked lethargic, slow on the ball, he dithered, his decision making was poor, wasn't good in duels, second balls were crap, kept giving the ball away, and even tripped over his own legs. He found himself in really good positions in the box on several occasions but then poor to not be able to do anything with it. Five ground duels attempted - zero won. It was a REALLY poor showing from someone who's a PL player against a lower league side. Miley was so much better in every department
Evening lads 🖤🤍 I think Bromley played mint, they fought and that really did show. With wor lads the ‘gel’ didn’t fully show with the changes- probably as they don’t have that much game time together, however it was lush to see new legs out there. Fab seeing Miley, Ousula and the new lad with dreads ( can’t recall his name) fast and furious! X
Think your being very kind about osula. He’s all arms and legs and his first half performance especially wasn’t good.Yes good goal and time could prove me wrong but I don’t think he’s got a long term future in Newcastle United ambitions.Maybe he would have under an Ashley run nufc
Blaming the crowd because 27 year old Longstaff can't control a ball and is getting caught on the ball nonstop against League Two Bromley... He offers absolutely nothing in possession, constantly makes the negative decision, and slows everything down. That's why he gets groans.

Whispering Ted Lowe was the snooker commentator that Bestie was after

The cow bit was too long, I think you were really milking it.
