I love that Su's vocals are so strong. This is probably the best I've heard her sing.
It helps that the mix is so good on this video but, when it comes down to it, you can't fake good. All the performers are exceptional.

I think the smaller venues are great too, especially since the gals get to be a bit more “free” to be themselves with antics and crowd interactions!
Both have their advantages. A large hall is more impressive, in a smaller one you can be very close. At the smallest concert I was at (around three to four thousand people), I stood 2-3 meters away from them. That was something. Even on the small stage the Kami were very present. Everything was very close together. But a huge hall like that in Japan would also be world class.
@@Marc-zp2kv to be fair I haven't been to a show so I'm only going on videos. I just feel that the massive crowd participation in Japan (in complete sychrony) adds another dimension. To be honest I don't like seeing fans in small venues being reluctant to participate. Just an impression, although in some countries the crowds are very animated.
@@Just-a-Thought. I completely agree with you in every respect. The Japanese audience is so respectful and definitely a part of the performance. A Babymetal show in Japan is definitely the ultimate live experience. The production alone, and the fantastic audience. Of course, I only know them from videos. But very impressive. And no one is standing around bored.

I was at legend MM night 21... it was surreal... they outdid themselves
I noticed when Su was younger, it seemed she wasn't in to this song as much as others. but now she's more into it. Might just be me
when she was younger her movements would hurt her singing in my opinion. I saw them recently, and I'm glad Su focuses on the lyrics and vocals while the rest of the band does the crazy movements.
I think it's because as she's matured she's grown into the song's words and meaning
