😮 greetings from coastal Mississippi. I was there when it was Jazzland. Opened in 2000. Didn't care for Six Flags. Yes, Katrina put it out of its misery. Update on proerty as if September 2023. Bayou Phoenix bought it. Will turn it into a waterpark with Hotel. Will open in 2027/28.Thanks for video. Very interesting. My plantation Twelve Oaks, survived Katrina. Mississippi has come back . All are welcome to come to our golden coast❤😂🎉
