Thank you! I thought about doing a checkers mani but I would have to hand paint the checkers. Maybe if I start practicing now I’ll be able to do it next year, but I doubt it 🤣 Thanks for watching 😊
Love your mani and the stamping plate. This is a fun collab and I loved board and card games growing up, like checkers, Monopoly, Scrabble, BINGO. Never learned to play chess but its never too late. I have a couple of MoYou London Games plates; they have plates with images of chess/checkers/backgammon, darts/pool, crossword & search puzzle/Scrabble. TFS! 🎯🎮🕹🎲♠♥♦🃏
Thank you! We mostly played cards growing up, but we also played backgammon and Yahtzee. I’ll have to check out the MoYou game plates. Thanks for watching 😊
I couldn't agree more about a shortage of game-themed stamping plates! When this plate came out, I wanted to get it for that very reason, but I felt like a fraud because chess is one game I've never learned how to play. I do have the Vegas one you mentioned though and I adore it. [Do wish it had more card images because our family has settled into playing Hand-and-Foot for ages now & I'm dying to wear a matching mani one night!]♠♦♣♥ It's funny ~ our go-to game used to be Pictionary with a couple dozen or so people [yep, it was chaos personified but just so much fun], but for some reason we pivoted over the H&F and never looked back. Man, I remember those days: we had people EVERYWHERE; we used a large white board & dry erase markers for the drawing because that was the only way we could scale it up to the number of players!! Ah, good times... Personally, a game night with family or friends is one of my most prized social activities, and I never get people who poo-poo the idea of it...I guess maybe they've just never given it a shot or they've had the misfortune to play with poor sports who show their backsides when they don't win. (I have a brother-in-law who was raised in an almost mercenary type family when it came to games, so even as a middle-aged man who now has pre-teen children of his own, he is still incapable of playing just for the sheer joy of sharing time together & creating happy memories from it. His loss.)
I haven’t played Hand & Foot in over 30 years. I don’t even remember how to play. Game night with friends sounds amazing. I might have to host one since every thing else is getting so expensive. We used to play Pictionary too. Most of us can’t draw but we had so much fun laughing at what we ended drawing. It ended up looking nothing like what we going for 🤣 I’m very competitive too so I want to win. But I can still have fun even when I lose. Just doing something competitive is fun for me. Winning is not the goal, having fun is. Thanks for watching 😊
I taught my oldest son how to play chess but I only know how the pieces move. He learned how to play it like the pros do. I mostly enjoy card games and Yahzee. I love this mani though, tyfs ❤!
Love the mani! I don’t play chess either. I did enjoy checkers with my Uncle when I was young. Have a blessed weekend!

I love the nail set. It so simple but yet so pretty🥰🥰🥰
Thank you. Sometimes the simple ones look better than the busy ones. Thanks for watching 😊
Cute cute mani! We play Skip Bo and Yahtzee a lot. Thanks for sharing. TTYL, my friend. ~~~~Tina
Thank you! We play several different card games but I did a card mani last year and wanted something different. Thanks for watching ☺️

Thank you. I never had the opportunity to learn how to play chess. I wish I had. Thanks for watching ☺️
Awesome mani and plate
Thank you so much 😊
That's a cool plate don't think I've seen it before
I think it came out last year. I don’t think it was a popular plate, which is why you might not have seen it before.
