I’ve been hearing quite a few people saying they just haven’t felt themselves, in a funk, feeling low. I’ve been that way myself so you are not alone. I have been dealing with perimenopause & it’s draining me. I go see my dr in July & hoping she can help me thru this. You need to prioritize you but we will be here to enjoy your videos when we can.
